Matt from Sota Home Buyers was a pleasure to deal with. We reached out to Matt after my dad died to sell his house. Matt was knowledgably about the probate process, timelines that we had to adhere to and the items from the court that had to be adhered to.
From start to finish Matt was there with us to guide us through to completion. He also answered any question that I had from being a PR for the estate to closing financial figures.
The closing went so smooth I thought for sure a shoe was going to drop but it didn’t and within 30 minutes we closed, mortgage would be paid off and had a check in hand. From the initial conversation all the way to the title company, everyone was so good to work with.
Matt gave no judgement or perceived judgement and was honest and kind. I never felt embarrassed to ask a question or even the shape of the house. I understood that the goal was to rehab the home and of course sell for a profit which I am confident that Matt will be successful at.

My initial contact with Matt and his organization was through a phone inquiry. This time I decided to respond and I am very glad I did.
He was very pleasant and informative. He had the answers to any questions or concerns I had. You always hear the beware of working with these home rehab organizations because of hidden orsurprise costs. I found none of these problems. Everything he said and was written in the contract was perfectly true with no hidden surprises.
We had to make an adjustment to the closing date because of a personal issue and that was handled easily and without any complications.
I have personally have sold multiple houses(through realtors)and I must say this was the easiest and most straight forward of any other them. I would recommend Matt and his company to any onewho interested in doing a quick, fair, and easy sale especially if you don’t have the time or energy to do all the prep work for a market sale.
